Eligibility and reimbursement depend on each family's specific plan, program, and situation. Red Desert Check-In does not guarantee reimbursement, but visit documentation and receipts can be provided when needed.

Do you provide medical care?

No. Red Desert Check-In is non-medical support only. This is not nursing care, medication management, medical decision-making, or emergency response.

Do you provide transportation?

No. Appointment support means meeting someone there, being present, and helping them feel supported before, during, or after the appointment. Transportation is not included.

Can visits be longer than an hour?

Sometimes. Most visits are approximately 45–60 minutes, but some caregiver relief visits and new parent support visits may be available up to 3 hours when arranged in advance. Extended hospital sitting may also be available in longer blocks by advance agreement.

Can you help with aging parents or family caregivers?

Can you help with phones, apps, or medical alert setup?
